Jubilee Sundae Tarts Recipe
Ingredients
| Black cherries | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Orange juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Currant jelly | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tsp brandy flavoring | ||
| Cream tart | 6 Large, baked | |
| 1 pt vanilla or cherry ice cream | ||
Directions
Drain cherry juice into a saucepan and stir in cornstarch mixed with orange juice and jelly.
Stir and cook until thick and clear.
Remove from heat and add butter, brandy flavoring.
Pit the cherries and add.
Keep warm.
Fill tart shells with hard scoops of ice cream and set on serving plates.
Spoon warm cherry sauce over each.
