| Pineapple chunks | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Banana | 1 Small | |
| Nonfat yogurt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ice cubes | 3 |
Directions
MAKING
1. Using a food processor or blender, combine all the ingredients.
2. Blend the ingredients to form mix thoroughly and turn frothy.
SERVING
3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve immediately.
