| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Confectioner's sugar | 1 Teaspoon |

Directions
Combine the first seven ingredients in bowl, whisking until well blended.
In another bowl mix together well the flour, nuts, soda and baking powder, then add all at once to the moist ingredients.
Stir 10 seconds until blended.
Spoon into prepared muffin pans and bake until done.
Serve warm, sprinkled with confectioner's sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 18 minutes
