John Dory with Arrowroot and Celery Recipe Video

Directions
1. Mix water, wine vinegar and lemon juice and bring it to boil.
2. Add fillets of John Dory,the celery and dill to the pan. Let it cook.
3. Flip the sides and cook a few more minutes until fish flakes easily.
4. To make sauce, add some arrowroot-water mixture to the pan.
5. Let it thicken to a sauce consistency that will coat the fish.
SERVING
6. Serve the fish with a fresh salad on the side.
