Joe's To Go Burger Recipe
Ingredients
| Lean ground beef | 1 pound, browned | |
| Chopped onion | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), sauteed | |
| Garlic salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Chili Sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 8 Ounce | |
| Hamburger buns | 6 |
Directions
In a large skillet, cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain.
Add garlic salt, pepper, chili sauce, brown sugar, white vinegar, mustard and tomato sauce.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool and freeze.
Keep with hamburger buns.
