Ingredients

 Ground sirloin2 Pound
 Ground veal1 pound
 1 pound Jones bulk pork sausage
 3 raw eggs
 1 large Bermuda onion, finely chopped
 Green peppers2 To taste, finely chopped
 3 tablespoons Lawry's seasoned salt
 Worcestershire sauce3 Tablespoon
 Steak sauce3 Teaspoon
 Eggs4 , boiled
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Combine meats, raw eggs, onion, peppers, 1 tablespoon Lawry's seasoned salt, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 1 teaspoon A-l sauce.
Mix thoroughly.
Shape mixture into oval loaf form in shallow baking pan.
Gently press whole hard-boiled eggs into loaf.
Sprinkle remaining Lawry's seasoned salt, Worcestershire sauce and A-1 sauce on top of loaf as a crust.
Pour water in base of pan.
Bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.
Turn oven down to 300° and bake for 30 minutes.
Turn oven down to 250° and bake for 45 minutes to 60 minutes, basting frequently with pan juices.
