Ingredients
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup (8-ounce carton) dairy sour cream with chives
1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, cheese, baking powder, salt, sugar and garlic salt.
Add sour cream and milk, stirring just until a dough forms.
Knead about 30 seconds on lightly floured surface.
Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness.
Cut into rounds with floured 2-inch cutter.
Stand biscuits on edge in 2 rows on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press together and shape ends to form 2 loaves.
Brush tops of loaves with melted butter.
Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
