Jiffy Tamale Pie Recipe
Ingredients
1 med. onion, chopped
2 lb. ground beef
4 tbsp. flour
2 cans Mexicorn
2 cans tomato sauce
Dash of oregano
Dash of chili powder
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions
Saute onion and meat until brown; add flour and blend.
Add corn, tomato sauce, oregano and chili powder; simmer.
Prepare according to directions on package.
Pour meat mixture into large casserole; top with muffin batter.
Bake according to directions on muffin mix package.
