1 package (3 oz.) Jell-O Gelatin, any red flavor
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Directions
What you do dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl.
Stir until all the gelatin is dissolved.
Then add cold waterto gelatin mixture and stir.
Add ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until melted.
Pour into serving bowl.
Chill until slightly thickened about 30 minutes.
Stir for a few seconds, then chill until firm about 30 minutes more.
