Jiffy Raisin Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| 3/4 cup golden seedless raisins | ||
| Hot water | ||
| Prepared biscuit mix | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Nuts | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Rinse raisins in hot water.
Drain.
Combine with biscuit mix, sugar, cinnamon, and nuts.
Beat egg slightly.
Add to milk.
Stir into dry ingredients.
Pour batter into greased 8-1/2x4-1/4x2-1/2 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
