1 commercial 10 inch pizza crust or 1 flat Italian bread
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup cooked ham, diced
1/4 cup sweet red pepper, sliced
1/4 cup green bell
Pepper, sliced
1/2 Spanish onion
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1 cup Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
Place crust on a pizza sheet.
Brush with tomato sauce.
Cover with ham and vegetables.
Season with mixed herbs.
Top with cheese.
Place pizza in the center of the oven.
Cook 12 minutes or until cheese browns lightly.
