Jiffy Marmalade Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Cold water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 6-oz. can frozen unsweetened orange juice concentrate, partly defrosted but not diluted | ||
| 1 orange, peeled, seeded and diced | ||
| 1/4 of the orange peel | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.In the container of blender, mix gelatin with cold water and process.
2.Leave the mixture for a minute and then put the boiling water to it.
3.Put the lid on and mix at high so that gelatin dilutes.
4.Remove the conetnt from the sides.
5.Put orange concentrate and mix well.
6.Put chunks of orange and the peel and blend until a rough mixture is formed.
7.Allow the mixture to settle.
8.Transfer to airtight jar and refrigerate.
SERVING
9.Use as a spread.
