Jiffy Cheese Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Undiluted evaporated milk - 1/2 cup | ||
| Tabasco sauce - 2 dashes | ||
| Process sharp cheese - 1/2 lb, sliced | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a skillet, saute the onion in butter, until slightly tender.
2) Stir in rest of the ingredients.
3) Cook over a low heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly blended.
SERVING
4) Use the 2 cups Jiffy Cheese Sauce as required.
