Jicama Dipping Sauce Recipe

| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Red wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Cilantro leaves | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Jicama | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 2 serrano peppers, roasted, seeded, and medium diced, | ||
| 1 Anaheim pepper, roasted, seeded, and medium diced, | ||
| 1 poblano pepper, roasted, seeded, and medium diced, | ||
| Leeks | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced | |
Directions
Combine the 6 dry ingredients in a bowl, add the chicken stock, and stir.
Add the lime juice, wine vinegar, and lemon juice, and stir again.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until thoroughly blended.
