Jhinga Tulsi Recipe
“Out of this world” is the least that can be said about this wonderful Jhinga Tulsi recipe. A yummy snack for your parties. Prawns marinated in Tulsi ( basil ), yoghurt and spices and roasted in the Tandoor or oven is just what you need for a hit party.

Ingredients
Ingredients for 10 PORTIONS
Qty Unit ingredients
1480 gm Prawns
100 gm Tulsi(Basil leaves)
25 gm green chilli
30 gm salt
250 gm coriander leaves green
30 gm ginger garlic paste
20 gm garam masala
15 gm cumin powder
180 gm yoghurt
40 gm lemon juice
Directions
Apply the first merination(lemon juice and salt).
Make paste of tulsi(basil), coriander, ginger garlic paste ,green chilli.
Add the seasoning and yoghurt to the paste.
Apply on to the prawns and roast in tandoor or oven.
Garnish with fres fresh onion rings and green chillie julians.
