1480 gm Prawns
 
100 gm Tulsi(Basil leaves)
 
25 gm green chilli
 
30 gm salt
 
250 gm coriander leaves green
 
30 gm ginger garlic paste
 
20 gm garam masala
 
15 gm cumin powder
 
180 gm yoghurt
 
40 gm lemon juice

Directions

Apply the first merination(lemon juice and salt).

Make paste of tulsi(basil), coriander, ginger garlic paste ,green chilli.

Add the seasoning and yoghurt to the paste.

Apply on to the prawns and roast in tandoor or oven.

Garnish with fres fresh onion rings and green chillie julians.
