Jewish Fruit Kugel Recipe
Ingredients
| Apple | 1 Medium, peeled | |
| Dried apricots | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Raisins | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooking oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 4 ounces wide noodles, cooked and well drained | ||
Directions
In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine apple, apricots, raisins, and water.
Cook, covered, at HIGH for 3 minutes or till apple is cooked and raisins are plump.
Drain.
In same casserole combine eggs, sugar, cooking oil, and cinnamon; beat well.
Add cooked fruits.
Toss hot noodles with egg mixture.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM LOW (3) for 5 minutes, stirring 3 times.
Cook, covered, at HIGH for 3 minutes or till apple is cooked and raisins are plump.
