Ingredients

 Unsifted flour2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Baking soda1 Teaspoon
 Eggs2
 1 (27-ounce) jar
 Ready-To-Use Mincemeat (Regular or Brandy & Rum)
 1 (14-ounce) can Brand
 Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
 Cherries1 Can (10oz), candied
 Cherries1 Can (10oz), candied
 Dried apricots package1 , chopped
 Candied pineapple1 Can (10oz), chopped
 Pecans1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 300°F.
Grease and flour 10-inch tube or fluted tube pan.
Combine flour and baking soda.
In large bowl, beat eggs.
Stir in remaining ingredients; blend in flour mixture.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour and 30 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
Cool completely.
