Jeweled Fruit Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Unsifted flour | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| 1 (27-ounce) jar | ||
| Ready-To-Use Mincemeat (Regular or Brandy & Rum) | ||
| 1 (14-ounce) can Brand | ||
| Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk) | ||
| Cherries | 1 Can (10oz), candied | |
| Cherries | 1 Can (10oz), candied | |
| Dried apricots package | 1 , chopped | |
| Candied pineapple | 1 Can (10oz), chopped | |
| Pecans | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Grease and flour 10-inch tube or fluted tube pan.
Combine flour and baking soda.
In large bowl, beat eggs.
Stir in remaining ingredients; blend in flour mixture.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour and 30 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
Cool completely.
