Jeweled Raspberry Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Red/black raspberries - 3 cups | ||
| No-Roll Pie Crust - 1 (9"), prebaked | ||
| Apple Juice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Agar-agar flakes - 2 tbsp | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Pick oven, wash and drain the raspberries, place them in a pie shell and chill
MAKING
2. In a saucepan, add apple juice, allow to boil and sprinkle agar-agar on top; simmer for five minutes, turn the heat down and cool
3. Pour the mixture over the raspberries and refrigerate till firm
SERVING
4. Serve chilled
