Jerusalem Artichokes In Spicy Indian Cheese Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Jerusalem artichokes | 250 Gram | |
| 1 recipe spicy cheese sauce | ||
| Mint | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Bread crumbs | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Softened butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 eggs hard boiled, shelled and chopped | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Cook artichokes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and cut lengthwise and place in a buttered baking dish.
2. Make sauce as directed. Add chopped eggs and pour over the artichokes. Sprinkle grated cheese, mint and chilli powder.
3. Spread butter and bread crumbs mixture on top.
4. Bake in a preheated oven (220°C-425°F-gas mark-7) for 10 minutes until top turns golden brown or place under a hot grill.
5. Serve hot.
