Jerusalem Artichokes Recipe
These jerusalem artichokes are cooked with fresh artichokes. Flavored with butter and lemon juice for taste, the atichokes are seasoned and can be served with meats or on the sides with meals of choice.
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Jerusalem artichokes
1/2 teaspoon salt
Few sprigs parsley, chopped
1/3 cup melted butter
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Directions
Peel artichokes and cook in boiling, salted water until tender.
Test with a toothpick after 15 minutes artichokes should not be overcooked.
Drain thoroughly.
Dress with a mixture of butter, lemon juice, salt, and chopped parsley.
