When we think of “jerked” Caribbean, beef, pork or chicken come to mind but rarely do we think of fish. This recipe is not the traditional use of “jerk seasoning” and is a “I’m ready to eat dinner now” kind of a dish that takes literally 10 minutes to put on the table from start to finish. White fish fillet rubbed with dry jerk seasoning, seared in hot olive oil and fried in the oven. Making a healthy delicious dinner could not get easier!
