Jerk Chicken Recipe
Eating just one is not possible for any one is my claim for this recipe of Jerk Chicken. The Jerk Chicken is made with Chicken which can be easily found at any grocery store. This Jerk Chicken is never going to fail as a Main Dish. You will fall head over heels in love with this easy and delectable Jerk Chicken recipe as soon as you try it!

8 regular pieces of chicken
1 bunch spring onion, white part only
2 green chillies
5 cm piece of ginger
1 clove of garlic
2 dry chillies
1/4 tsp all spice powder
1 cm stick of cinnamon
2 cloves
4 tbsp soya bean sauce
2 tbsp malt vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1 Rinse the chicken pieces and pat dry with absorbent paper. Place in a shallow dish.
2 Grind the spring onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic, dry chillies, all spice, cinnamon and cloves to a smooth paste; Mix this paste with the soya sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper.
3 Pour mixture over chicken. Turn chicken portions over to coat thoroughly in the marinade. Refrigerate, cover, for up to 24 hours or as time permits.
4 Remove chicken from the marinade and barbecue or grill or cook in a tandoor for 30 minutes, turning the chicken over and basting occasionally until the chicken is cooked through. Serve at once with mango salsa.
