Directions

In a dish, add onion, thyme, allspice, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Mix them well.
In a bowl, place chicken.
Add olive oil and vinegar to the bowl.
Apply jerk rub to chicken.
Chill from half an hour to half day.
Place chicken on a cooking rack.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Cook chicken for an hour.
Turn chicken half way.
Ready to serve.
