 Chicken legs4 Pound
 Spring onions6 Medium
 Garlic2 Clove (10 gm)
 Scotch bonnet pepper3 Small
 All spice2 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon2 Teaspoon
 Nutmeg1 Teaspoon
 Fresh thyme1 Tablespoon
 Honey1 Tablespoon
 Salt1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
 Black pepper1 Teaspoon
 Vinegar1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Oil1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a blender, combine onions, garlic, bonnet peppers, all spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, thyme, honey, salt, black pepper, vinegar and oil.
2. Blend it until smooth.
3. In bowl, put chicken and spread it over chicken. Leave it over night or for couple of hours.

MAKING
4. On BBQ, cook marinated chicken for 20 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve with BBQ sauce.
