Jenny K's Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked chicken | 450 Gram | |
| 500 ml pared, cored julienne cut apples | ||
| Button mushrooms | 120 Gram | |
| 450 g blanched asparagus tips | ||
| Mayonnaise | 375 Milliliter | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 60 Milliliter | |
| Curry powder | 5 Milliliter | |
| Watercress | 170 Gram | |
Directions
Place the chicken, apples and vegetables in a mixing bowl.
Blend the mayonnaise, sugar and curry powder together.
Wash and trim the watercress.
Place the salad on chilled plates, surround with watercress.
Serve.
