 500 ml pared, cored julienne cut apples
 Button mushrooms120 Gram
 450 g blanched asparagus tips
 Mayonnaise375 Milliliter
 Confectioner’s sugar60 Milliliter
 Curry powder5 Milliliter
 Watercress170 Gram

Directions

Place the chicken, apples and vegetables in a mixing bowl.
Blend the mayonnaise, sugar and curry powder together.
Wash and trim the watercress.
Place the salad on chilled plates, surround with watercress.
Serve.
