Jello Ice Cream Mold Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pkg. lime Jello | ||
| Pineapple | 2 Can (10oz), crushed | |
| 1 C. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated in shreds | ||
| Vanilla Ice Cream | 1/2 Pint | |
Directions
Drain pineapple and add water to juice to make 1 C.
Boil juice and dissolve Jello.
Add ice cream, stir until well blended.
Let stand about 10 minutes.
Add cheese, pineapple, pour in molds and refrigerate.
