Jello Cottage Cheese Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Boiling water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Carrot | 3 Tablespoon, grated | |
| 1/2 c. whipped cream or cereal cream | ||
| Salad dressing | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 lb. cottage cheese mashed fine | ||
| Celery | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Horseradish | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
2. Add pepper, onion, and carrot.
3. Whip cream.
4. Add cream, dressing and cheese and-combine well.
5. Stir in oelery, then pour into a prepared mold.
6. Place in refrigerator.
