 1 lemon or yellow cake mix
 1 box lemon Jell-0
 Water2/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Cake:)
 Oil3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Cake:)
 Lemon extract2 Teaspoon (Cake:)
 Eggs4 standard (Cake:)
 Powdered sugar1 Cup (16 tbs) (Frosting:)
 Juice from one lemon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour tube pan, or 13 x 9-inch pan.
Dissolve Jell-0 in water.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into prepared pan.
For tube pan, bake approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes; for 13 x 9-inch pan, bake approximately 30 minutes.
While cake is baking, prepare frosting.
While cake is still warm, glaze with frosting
