Jello Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lemon or yellow cake mix | ||
| 1 box lemon Jell-0 | ||
| Water | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Cake:) | |
| Oil | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Cake:) | |
| Lemon extract | 2 Teaspoon (Cake:) | |
| Eggs | 4 standard (Cake:) | |
| Powdered sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Frosting:) | |
| Juice from one lemon | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour tube pan, or 13 x 9-inch pan.
Dissolve Jell-0 in water.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into prepared pan.
For tube pan, bake approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes; for 13 x 9-inch pan, bake approximately 30 minutes.
While cake is baking, prepare frosting.
While cake is still warm, glaze with frosting
