Jello Cake Recipe
I got this jello cake recipe from my neighbor who is an excellent cook. The jello cake is made with fruits which is easy to find at any grocery store. This jello cake as a dessert is a winner! I am very excited to know your opinion about this jello cake. Send me a message about it.
Ingredients
Cake:
1 lemon or yellow cake mix
1 box lemon Jell-0
2/3 cup water
3/4 cup oil
2 tsp. lemon extract
4 eggs
Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
Juice from one lemon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour tube pan, or 13 x 9-inch pan.
Dissolve Jell-0 in water.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into prepared pan.
For tube pan, bake approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes; for 13 x 9-inch pan, bake approximately 30 minutes.
While cake is baking, prepare frosting.
While cake is still warm, glaze with frosting
