| Cooked peas | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chopped celery | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sliced cucumber pickle | 2 Tablespoon |

Directions
Add onion, salt, vinegar or lemon juice and other seasonings to taste.
Chill until thickened.
Stir in meat, peas, celery and pickle.
