Ingredients
| Deviled ham | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced | ||
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 , chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup halved cocktail onions or 1/4 cup chopped scallions | ||
| Lettuce | ||
Directions
Spread 1 can deviled ham on bottom of loaf pan with sliced egg as garnish.
Sprinkle gelatin in cold water to soften for 5 minutes.
Then dissolve over boiling water.
Mix second can of ham with remaining ingredients except lettuce.
Stir in gelatin and turn into 9x5x2 aluminum loaf pan.
Refrigerate until firmly set.
Unmold on a bed of lettuce and garnish sides with remaining sliced egg.
