Jellied Cranberry Relish Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 oranges, quartered and seeded | ||
| Cranberries | 1 Quart | |
| Sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin | ||
| 1 1/2 cups bottled cranberry juice cocktail | ||
Directions
Put orange quarters and cranberries through food chopper using medium blade.
Add sugar; mix well.
In saucepan sprinkle gelatin on the cranberry juice cocktail to soften.
Place over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat; stir into orange cranberry relish.
Turn into a 6 cup mold; chill until firm.
