Jellied Consommé Recipe
Ingredients
Consommé - 2 cups
Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 teaspoon
A dash of cayenne
Hard-cooked egg - 1
Yolk, sieved
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a saucepan and bring consommé to a boil.
2) Add lemon juice, cayenne and Worcestershire sauce.
3) Pour mixture into a shallow dish and chill until firm.
4) Cut into small cubes and serve in chilled bouillon cups.
SERVING
5) Sprinkle the egg yolk on top of the jelled mixture.
