Ingredients
4 packages (3 oz. each) or 2 packages (6 oz. each) Jell-O Lime Gelatin
11/2 teaspoons salt
4 cups boiling water
3 cups cold water
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Directions
Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
Add cold water.
Chill until thickened.
Stir lemon juice into avocados.
Stir avocado mixture and mayonnaise into gelatin mixture, blending well.
Pour into a 12 cup ring mold.
Chill until firm at least 6 hours or overnight.
Unmold.
Add cold water.
Chill until thickened.
