Jellied Appetizer Cubes Recipe

Ingredients
| 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin | ||
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 13 oz. can consomme | ||
| Lime juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 can chicken consomme | ||
| Curry powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Soften gelatin in water; heat until gelatin dissolves, stirring constantly.
Pour equal amounts of gelatin into two 9 x 9 x 2 inch pans.
Stir consomme and lime juice in one pan; stir chicken consomme, curry and salt into remaining pan.
Chill both mixtures for about 2 hours or until firm; cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
Spoon consomme cubes into six small bowls; top each with chicken consomme cubes.
Garnish with lime slices.
