Jellied Pork Apple Ring Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin | ||
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Apple cider | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whole Cloves | 4 | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 cup golden seedless raisins | ||
| 1 cup minced red-skinned apple | ||
| Minced pork | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), smoked | |
| Horseradish Cream Dressing | ||
Directions
Soften gelatin in water in mixing bowl.
In saucepan, combine cider and cloves.
Bring to boil and pour over gelatin.
Stir to dissolve, then chill until slightly thickened.
Remove cloves and fold in next 4 ingredients.
Turn into 6-cup ring mold and chill until firm.
Unmold and serve with the dressing.
