Jellied Pear Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese | 1 1/2 Ounce | |
| (1/2 small package) | ||
| Stuffed olives | 4 , minced | |
| Pear | 6 | |
| Pimiento strip | 6 | |
| Gelatin | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cold water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup lemon juic | ||
Directions
1.
Mash the cheese until soft and blend in the chopped olives.
Stuff the pear cavities with this mixture.
Lay strips of pimiento across the pears and place, cut side down, in individual molds.

Sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and add the boiling water, stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Stir in the lemon juice.
Chill until it barely begins to set.

Pour the gelatin over the pears until the molds are full and chill until firm.

Unmold the salads on crisp lettuce and serve with mayonnaise.
