Ingredients

 Gelatin - 1 envelope unflavored
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Liquid from pickled beets - 1 cup
 Cabbage2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Horseradish1 Tablespoon, prepared
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1. Into a pan add 1/4 cup cold water soften gelatin and dissolve in 3/4 cup boiling water.
2. Add beet liquid and when beginning to set, add cabbage and horseradish.
3. With salt and pepper season to taste, pour into 4 molds and chill until set.

SERVING
4. Unmold on salad greens and serve.
