Jellied Avocado Tuna Loaf Recipe
Ingredients

| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Tuna | 1 7 Ounce, drained, flaked | |
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |

| Honey | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Yogurt | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Mashed avocado | 2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water.
When it has softened, dissolve it in boiling water.
Add lemon juice, salt, celery, green pepper, onion and tuna fish.
Pour into 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Refrigerate until firm.
