 Unflavored gelatin1

 Green pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Onion1 Tablespoon, minced
 Tuna1 7 Ounce, drained, flaked
 Unflavored gelatin1
 Boiling water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Honey1 Teaspoon
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Yogurt1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Mashed avocado2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water.
When it has softened, dissolve it in boiling water.
Add lemon juice, salt, celery, green pepper, onion and tuna fish.
Pour into 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Refrigerate until firm.
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water.

Stir it well to blend together.
Pour this mixture over the set tuna mixture and refrigerate until firm.
Turn out loaf onto bed of salad greens.
