|Artificial sweetener||3 Teaspoon (To Equal 4 Teaspoons Sugar)|

Place over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves.
Remove from heat.
Divide orange segments into 4 dessert glasses.
Pour in gelatin mixture.
Chill until firm.
Meanwhile, make Candied Orange Peel: Remove membrane from reserved orange peel.
Cut peel into matchstick pieces.
Cover with water, bring to a boil and discard water.
Repeat once or twice more to remove bitterness from peel.
Pour remaining beverage into pan with the orange peel, and cook until peel is soft and beverage is absorbed.
Sprinkle with sweetener and use as topping for Orange Cup.
