| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 10-ounce package Birds | ||
| Eye Quick Thaw | ||
| Strawberries | ||
| 1 cup Birds Eye Cool | ||
| Whip Non-Dairy | ||
| Whipped Topping, thawed | ||
| 1 baked 9-inch pie shell cooled | ||
Directions
Dissolve Jell-O, sugar and salt in boiling water.
Add cold water and frozen strawberries.
Stir gently until fruit thaws and separates.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Add whipped topping; blend until smooth.
Pour into pie shell.
Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
Garnish with additional whipped topping, and mint leaves, if desired.
