Ingredients

 1 cup suet, chopped fine
 Molasses1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup sour milk in which 11/2 teaspoons soda are dissolved
 Fruits3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Raisins1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Currants1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon

Directions

Take the suet and pour the other ingredients over it.
Put into a pudding bag which has been moistened and rolled in flour.
Place in a vessel of boiling water and boil 4 hours 3 hours is enough if it boils constantly.
