Jeera Pulao Recipe
Jeera Pulao has a nourishing taste. The lime juice gives the Jeera Pulao a tangy flavour. Must catch it.
Ingredients
1 cup basmati rice washed and soaked for 30 minutes in 2 cups water
1 tsp shahjeera (black cummin seeds)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp desi ghee (clarified butter)
A squeeze of lime juice
Directions
Put all the ingredients together in a deep bowl and proceed as for white rice.
