Sprinkle yeast on water, add a pinch of the sugar and set aside.
Add rest of sugar, salt and margarine to milk and set aside to allow to cool to lukewarm.
Place whole-wheat flour in a large, warm bowl.
Add oatmeal and eggs.
Then add cooled milk mixture and yeast mixture.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed on electric mixer (high speed on a hand mixer).
Stir in all-purpose flour, a cup at a time, until dough is soft and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
Turn out dough onto a floured board and knead until soft and shiny (about 80 times).
Place in a bowl with a small amount of vegetable oil, turning to oil top.
Cover with a damp towel and let rise until doubled.
Turn out, punch down and let sit for 10 minutes.
Lightly spray two 10-x-5-inch loaf pans with vegetable oil.
Divide dough in half.
Mix sugar and cinnamon for filling; divide in half.
Roll out half of the dough to a 15-x-8-inch rectangle.
Brush top with half of melted margarine and sprinkle with half of filling mix.
Beginning at short side, roll up tightly (like a jellyroll).
Pinch seam to seal.
Place seam-side-down in prepared loaf pan.
Repeat with second half.
Let rise again until doubled, then brush tops with melted margarine.
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Bake loaves 30 to 35 minutes, or until top sounds hollow when tapped.
Cool in pan, with pan on side, 15 minutes, then turn out.
