Jeanne Brown's Refrigerator Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 c. Kelloggs All Bran | ||
| Oleo | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Buttermilk | 1 Quart | |
| Soda | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Boiling water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| Flour | 5 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs, buttermilk, Nabisco bran.
Add dry ingredients; fold in Kelloggs bran.
Makes 80 medium sized muffins.
Pour batter into greased muffin tins and bake 15 minutes at 400°.
This batter keeps in the refrigerator indefinitely - just use as needed.
