Jean S Vegetable Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup asparagus, cut into 2 in. (5 cm) pieces
1 cup broccoli flowerets
1 cup cauliflowerets
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1/2 cup cucumber, scored and sliced
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup green pepper, sliced
1/2 cup radishes, sliced
10 pitted black olives, sliced
1/2 cup low-calorie Italian dressing
Directions
Combine all vegetables in large bowl.
Cover with Italian dressing.
Marinate overnight.
Toss frequently.
