Java Angel Cake Recipe

1 package angel-cake mix
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 recipe Mocha Topping
Directions
Prepare batter from angel cake mix according to package directions, dissolving 1 tablespoon instant coffee in the water.
Add vanilla.
Bake following package directions.
Invert and cool thoroughly.
For Mocha Topping, combine 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 to 3 teaspoons instant coffee, and 3/4 teaspoon vanilla.
Whip till mixture is fluffy; spread on cooled cake.
Top with broken California walnuts.
Chill till serving time.
