Japanese Pickles Recipe
Ingredients
2 large cucumbers
1/8 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Directions
Peel cucumbers; slice them very thin.
Mix together soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar.
Pour this over the cucumber slices; mix well, gently.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
