Japanese Meatball Soup Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 pound ground beef or pork
2 eggs
1 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
5 cups beef or chicken stock
1 teaspoon soy sauce pinch of salt
3 carrots, parboiled and sliced
1/4 inch thick very thin spaghetti, enough for 4 small servings, cooked and drained
4 sprigs of parsley
