Editors Review

Avocados are meant for so much more than plain old Guacamole! Turn those hard unripe avocados lying in your refrigerator into a delicious side dish. This recipe turns hard avocados into melt-in-your mouth, soft, nutty slices. You can add your favorite seasonings to the pan-fried avocado slices but they taste delicious plain salty and buttery.
