Japanese-Style Mixed Mushroom Stir-Fry Recipe Video

Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
 
Ginger - 3 centimeter piece, finely sliced
 
Garlic - 4 cloves, chopped
 
Fresh shiitake mushrooms - 150 grams, quartered
 
Fresh oyster mushrooms - 150 grams
 
Fresh enoki mushrooms - 150 grams
 
Shao hsing jiu or rice wine - 1/2 cup
 
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
 
Soy sauce - 3 teaspoons
 
Black rice vinegar - 11/2 teaspoons
 
Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
 
Water - 1-2 tablespoons

Directions

MAKING
1. Heat a wok until hot and add olive oil into it.
2. Add ginger and garlic, fry for 10-20 seconds.
3. Add shiitake and oyster mushrooms.
4. Then add shao hsing jiu or rice wine, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and fry for 1 minute.
5. Add enoki mushrooms and add some water. Simmer a couple of minutes.

SERVING
6. Serve hot.
